VENUE: Old Town Temecula Community Theater

As the winner of 6 Tony Awards, regarded by many theatre professionals as the finest musical ever created, Gypsy is the ultimate tale of an ambitious stage mother fighting for her daughters’ success – while secretly yearning for her own. Set across America in the 1920s and 30s, when vaudeville was dying and burlesque was born, Arthur Laurents’ landmark show explores the world of two-bit show business with brass, humor, heart, and sophistication. The celebrated score by Jule Styne and Stephen Sondheim boasts one glorious hit after another, including “Everything's Coming Up Roses,” “Let Me Entertain You,” “Some People,” “You'll Never Get Away from Me,” “If Momma Was Married,” “All I Need Is the Girl,” “You Gotta Get a Gimmick,” “Small World” and “Together Wherever We Go.” This show is a must see for all theater lovers. This show is RATED PG

VENUE: Old Town Temecula Community Theater

Set at the dawn of the 1990’s in the East Village of New York City, Rent is about falling in love, finding your voice and living for today. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama, Rent has become a pop cultural phenomenon, with songs that rock and a story that continues to resonate in today’s world. Based on Puccini’s beloved opera La Bohème, this musical revolutionized modern theatre with a stunningly raw and emotional portrait that follows the ups and downs of a year in the life of a group of impoverished, artistic friends. There is no day but today to grab tickets to one of the greatest rock/pop musicals of all time. This show is RATED R (Adult Guidance for youth under 17).
